Funds Summary

Funds Explained

Catley Lakeman's sister company, Atlantic House Fund Management (AHFM), is an authorised Investment Manager and offers unitised solutions for investors. So far, typical investors in AHFM funds have been those seeking structured investment solutions for offshore bonds, MPS mandates, multi-managers, and investors with small client portfolios who find it difficult to allocate enough time to self-selecting their own structured solutions with adequate diversity.

AHFM Defined Returns Fund

The Fund aims to generate medium to long-term growth via exposure to a diversified portfolio of defined return investments linked to global equity indices. It will invest primarily in a mixture of transferable securities, financial derivative instruments and government bonds (currently UK gilts) to gain this exposure. At outset, a defined return investment will only be eligible for inclusion if it provides for a long-term positive return in anything but the bleakest of market conditions.

AHFM Total Return Fund

The Fund aims to provide investors with positive returns over the long term, and capital preservation over the medium term. This will be achieved through a clear, successful and unconstrained asset allocation model, which is implemented using traditional investments and derivatives.

As a result, we believe the fund should provide long-term returns in the region of 4.5% over and above the UK rate of inflation, with approximately half the volatility of global equity markets. Effective risk management could lead to the fundís volatility being even less. The Fund aims to generate medium to long-term growth via exposure to a diversified portfolio of defined return investments linked to global equity indices.
